It sure has been quiet around here of late. Looks to me like some folk have missed the meat in the latest filings. It is all spelled out if you read between the lines.

A volcano's eruptions can only be accurately predicted if the volcanologist has a thorough understanding of the volcano's history. And you can't stop a volcano from erupting!
