Been long 3 times, sold for 50% loss twice, so far. Maybe 20 positive swings and 5 bad.

As for emails to GTE to try to get answers to share holders questions. Here is one of 5 answer emails I recieved, with 40 unanswered in my 2004 GTE folder.

Just trying to let everyone know, you will never know
Things just pop to the forefront and dissappear with GTE.

Here's a flash from the past. 22 unanswered questions mid 2004. With a offer to talk from Mr. Huff, which I was never able to reach him. Everyone may find the questions interesting.

PS: bernoulli Big Apple was 2004's, KCSA Worldwide
PPS: IPW was a Mr. Huff owned company GTE bought and wrote off a $5 mill loss nut in 2004. ATC is ACI the Auzzy company GTE is parting with now.

Charles,

Thanks for your note, if you would like to call to talk to me at my office, I would be glad to talk to you. You are correct, we have over 24,000 shareholders and I don’t have the time to answer such long and extensive emails. I will be glad to have a short talk with you but not in this forum.

Best regards,

Subject: A plea for help!

Mr Huff,

May I start with I DO NOT EXPECT A REPLY, because retail shareholders live in the dark !!! Go to R/B and look my posts up, I'm trying so hard to keep believing, please help!

I have no idea what you can legally talk about and what you can't. My feeling on the possible growth of GTEL has fallen the past 2Q's, because of lack of explanation or follow up on the executed deals you've been involved with.

Basically every new deal only opens up more unanswered questions. Many think you are giving the company away to reach you goals. Delusion is the main concern, with the O/S reaching the 1 billion share mark and rev's only 11 to 12 million a year range.

I would think if your end goal is to grow the company to a point where it can move off the OTC:BB you would want to release info which increases confidence. It's looking like your real goal is a R/S when restricted share are converted a year or two down the road.

20 to 24,000 existing investors could drive the share price growth, while you drive the rev's growth . Shareholders understand rev. improvement takes time for your deals to be implemented and produce results, at least try to reassure stockholder with follow up.

Example of lack of info from Gtel management: The ATC deal was closed with a funding package buy Fordham Financial. It was not told to anyone and a shareholder had to read the very late10KSB cover to cover to find out the $1.8 million dollars was raised and the deal completed. NOW the deal is done, but what does that mean? How does that help or hurt Gtel's bottom line? Isn't ATC going into bankrupts? If it is BK, do we own the network business and hardware? If it isn't, is there any traffic still being produced by our new partner? Most think we just fulfill our agreement for zero traffic, because no info was released?

And also when and how the restricted shares can be used buy the holders?

In note 22, in 10KSB: preferred shares, it states the conversion factors, but does not say anything about restrictions to guard against delusion caused by the sale of these converted shares.

Here is a small list of questions your resent deals have started. If you or BIG APPLE (PS: did Gtel hire them?) could answer just a couple below, or in the example, it would lend greatly to investor confidence and interest could take control from the market makers, so share price could rise.

Please think about a new follow up PR or letter covering some of the below questions.

June 15,2004 - From post on R/B

Lets see what good news are we waiting for?
1. Will Sanswire equipment work?
2. Who will build the Strattilites?
3. Business structure for forming Sanswire Australia?
4. Business structure for $20 Mill for strat deployment?
5. Magic card numbers & rev's (can't buy one)
8. Text card numbers & rev's (can't buy one)
9. Magic phone numbers & rev.'s
10. Does Gtel own ATC networks& hardware?(aren't they BK ?)
11. Status on IPW deal?
12. Sec info on $15 mill funding deal with CFM, LTC.
13. Who is Caterham Financial Management, a Malaysian comp?
14. Has Gtel received any monies from CFM,LTC yet?
15. Has any work started on new Miami data switches?
16. Status on legal action to recover owed money in Mexico?
17. Announcement of Business contract for Big Apple& terms?
18. Where is new website?
19. Europe & Asia traffic stats and rev.'s
20. Why continue talking about big board with no rev increase or R/S?
21. What is the present carrier traffic of CS inc, w/ country break down?

22. Who is CS inc?

Looks like only REV will take control from MM"S (DAME)

One of these should take control back from the MM's and I can, move on to company merits, not the all powerful OTC:BB gods..

Can't wait , how about all you guys?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have internet searched and e-mail for ever; with not 1 answer to the above questions.
Mr. Huff's visit only showed he doesn't like bashers.
New hires are a plus, but no info is a negative.
Gtel = potential; 2Q's worth, nothing more.
MM's = profits; play the swings and hope for the potential!
It all comes down to YOU BELIEVE OR YOU DON'T, this the penny market!!

Thankyou
