Readen Holding Corp. (RHCO)

Site Still doesn't work on my home office computer nor did it work today at my work computer 13 miles away. But I know that can be a temp. Technical issue. I was just wondering why there is no longer any mention of this site or Readen Holdings 51% Participation/Ownership that was previously on the RHCO website.
I was hoping to hear maybe they had sold their interest and raised a little cash but had not yet issued a press release. However, that would not explain the website being down.
