It is time for the board to step in and take some controls. At this point, the strongest move the Board could take is place Peter Mannetti as CEO, at least until the vote is done. The comments are very much about Laura and her performance. There is only one solution to improving price per share: a CEO who performs and communicates with investors. I would have Mannetti do an investor call before the shareholder meeting so he can make his arguments.
