During my telephone calls to Orrv's Mike Johnston- he verbally informed me that there may be 2 billion shares outstanding and that some individuals want more but that there is not a serious problem with the shares of Orrv for filing with the SEC. If one took over Orrv and found lack of good faith in Orrv's releases and other unknowns then those insiders shares can be cancelled. This would help Orrv shareholders as the Treasure game is the new frontier. But honestly is needed for it to work for shareholders. There are many shipwrecks that can be found and searched. But to raise money trust is involved with the individual backing the programs for Treasure recovery.
