The Syndicate Trust has killed the market in ANDI Common.

I believe that the Syndicate Trust was paid well before this whole fiasco started. The ANDI financials have so many errors and so much omitted information about share issuance and conversion that the Trust used this stock (and others) to fund a completely separate agenda. The entire manner of the issuance of preferred shares with ANDI was not in accordance of the SEC rules for a dividend issuance. I can prove this.... The Syndicate Trust is a scam =IMO
