I Believe It's Massive Manipulation by JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs. I think they drive it down a bit more before labor day and then pump it just before Congress returns on the 9th and as they fight and squabble JP and Goldman make a killing driving the price up above 1500, then they short the Hell out of it and wash rinse repeat....
