The old let's use separate countries to muddy jurisdiction trick I guess failed this time.

US company, recruit a bunch of scumbag boiler room guys to work in Thailand or Philippines and call er rip off mostly foreign countries who speak English as they are naive to this type of scumbagery n they actually answer the phone and to polite to hang up.

The plan to fall between the cracks as what type of enforcement is in play? where the company is? where the sales room is? "customers? Using 3 or 4 countries they understand how enforcement is set up and feel invincible. Been done for years now.

Plus of course are usual bs SEC civil nonsense - which scares no one and they just do it all again.

I have seen the ads down in South Florida looking for "closers" to work over in Thailand - I have gone on interviews etc and turned all over to FBI and Sec - of course they just shrug it off.

But I guess this was a task force....what pisses me off is they refer to Winick as a legendary scammer....why? why with gun and mask has he been free to pillage and plunder. This scumbag better see jail time and serious jail time.
