I hope you are right... but I am afraid that's not the case. Clearly, something with these kind of wordings cannot be meant for public display:

"Competition Sensitive Proprietary"
"Competition Sensitive Proprietary Not to be released to Government Contractors without expressed permission from Sanswire Networks LLC"
