Once again your level headed and common sense approach to VDSC almost rivals the eloquence of your posts.

I have always maintained this is not a quick flip, but rather a buy, accumulate and hold stock. I might suggest that some should, perhaps, walk away from their computers, smart phones, and tablets while VDSC has a chance to mature.
