Agreed! All this debate about the IMAG shares dividend spinoff is just a mere distraction from the main objective: securing financing so the root company, PV Enterprises. Int'l, can realize its business plan of securing the vessels to run the chartered routes the company has contracted with the various destination ports of call.

The IMAG Shares will not be freely trading shares as was announced by the company in an PR, albeit awkwardly written, in advance of its issuance, so all this conversation about subterfuge by Peter is pure nonsense!.

Again, I repeat, the REAL action here lies in the value of the underlying company’s stock, VDSC, its business plan, and the prospects for a highly-profitable enterprise. Those investors who have the discipline to ignore the “background noise” generated by superfluous conversation about irrelevant points, will be richly rewarded!
