That deferred revenue arbitration has been pretty ridiculous in terms of how long its taking. Were going on 15 months now since the hearing ended. The good thing is the customer keeps paying IDCC which leads me to believe we should collect on all of it. They say arbitration is the quickest way but over the last several years investing in IDCC I really don't think there is any quick resolution. Any legal fight will take 2-3 years minimum now no matter what it is. Lets hope the commission intends to review the recent ITC decision. If not its another 2 years waiting on the CAFC.
