IMHO- it doesn't make sense (CENTS) to sell at .0006, share holders can wait to zero, as most traders have enough profits during the last 1 1/2 years to make offsets to decrease their tax bill.

if the sell the remaining approx shares 2.2 billion at .006 then they will enough cash to keep them alive assuming no rev or patent income for some time, but the issue during this time is a reverse.
