Haven't diluted the new shares yet....if he needs cash before FDA clearance, then.....from perious experience, he doesn't care what PPS he dumps them for, there were posts that at L2 there was a 10K block etup by V MMs at .005, then at .0035 (yesterday)....some else can confirm this.
