I don't. I've always stated that the number listed as the AS is irrelevant. Hopefully others are now aware of that fact as well.

All this incident also did was drive the point home that no matter what artificial number is set with the Wyoming SOS or the SOS of any state and any stock, the AS is in fact unlimited...yup, any company, any state.



Nice strawman argument. We're not talking about other companies, we're talking about a specific company with a history of insane dilution. This isn't the first time they've set it to unlimited either. Oh, and for the record MOST companies require a shareholder vote in order to change the share structure, or at a minimum a majority vote by a board of directors that includes outside directors. Legitimate ones at least.

Why waste money noticing shareholders when Pinks are not required to do so and the gang here checks it at least weekly. He knows that and we know it.



Notifying shareholders prior to increasing the AS would be the responsible and transparent thing to do. Of course, nobody should exepct this CEO to do anything responsible or transparent.
