Contracts

As I suffer from CRS, maybe someone can refresh my memory. I seem to recall a statement from mgmt about two years ago that it was difficult signing contracts with the Ericy legal problems hanging over their heads but that negotiations were ongoing with the unlicensed. Mgmt was confident that after the legal problems were settled; IDCC would have new license agreements. The inference was that after Ericy was concluded, they would already have several contracts lined up ready to be signed.

Anyone else remember this?
