but at the same time, a facebook 2013 link surfaces showing that BIHC stock has a subsidiary BaroN international Inc.? ~~~~~~~~~~~ you would think that the SEC would have taken care of that problem if it was not true ???? To make it even harder to make sense of, your SEC link is Dated DEC 2012, yet a Market Maker makes volume in BIHC stock Jan 2013 ????
