Penny stocks (at present with BMSN) are entities that one purchases shares not for the current state of the company ( which, by the way, is fully reporting and has many upcoming catalysts), but he/she purchases shares for the potential of the products in the pipeline and the future of the company. Period. New at this? Sorry to be a little sarcastic, but your comment seems as though you are surprised about dilution. It is expected, especially on the ground floor like this, but I have been waiting on this stock to get to this moment for a while and BMSN has made leaps and leaps of progress. Dilution in the past was necessary and also a reality for future milestones. If your not prepared for this, there are 1000's of others to try. Really not my opinion, but fact.
