convenient timing of the release too - right after the Jury found them to have infringed on a Valid Patent and right before the Judge was to rule on it, why not tell the Judge or Jury they were working on it!!

And their APPEAL already has huge holes in it and looks patethic

I will say if GOOG doesn't come up with a fair resolution as the courts requests the court WILL.. and they wont like it ...

VRNG has GOOG in a Submission Hold and its now only not IF but WHEN they TAP OUT !!!
