Where to begin? 1) Who is your friend? 2) It isn't the 15th day yet; 3) JJ signed the order on Tuesday, his clerk or secretary filed it on Wednesday with the Clerk, and the Clerk entered it into Pacer today--2 days after they received it--so are you alleging the Clerk, and JJ are bought off? Or maybe one of JJ's clerks/secretary, too, for waiting that extra day...so it'd be day 14? The clerk probably waited an extra day to file 960, too, right? That way Google's financials wouldn't be due until Saturday...and ya know, ya can't file on a Saturday.
