Well, now maybe you guys will finally admit what i pointed out a long time ago google bought this judge. Google made no motion and requested no hearing on the workaround and judge delayed again giving google a chance once again. Lucky my friend will now be testifying on the workaround issue. Google only mentioned it subtlety and judge jumped at the chance to help google. Sad sad sad!

Other talking points is who said 3.83 wAs the most critical point, me and guess what happened again today. The pattern hitting it again. This case will not go away till feb 2014 probably. So i have ben real sick lately and not made it home yet but now i am feeling better today and the judge hit us with this news. Funny how it hit on the 15th day when google is to reply. This stinks of big money buy off. This isn't good news tell me something we gained from it we knew it was 20.9 all along. Just like the damages will use it too which i was on the record guaranteeing it remember.
