OR great news is about to be revealed and they wanted to put more shares out...to pay for development to meet a huge contract??

This is absolute lunacy. You don't even believe it. As a matter of business if I got a big contract and didn't have the working capital to meet the order I would go get financing with the contract as collateral. I wouldn't have to dilute my own shares as an insider and all my shareholders. I could go on but you won't hear any of this. You'll respond with some nonsense about butterflies are first moths and that LQMT is in it cocoon...BS BS BS BS.

We know many facts.

Fact: Shares authorized are increasing to 700,000,000

Fact: Nothing good for the common share hold will come from this 40% increase.

Why would I take the time to respond to this dribble?

If I can convince one of you not to live this way. Not to live with hope as your compass but instead use hard reasoning that no one likes but reveals the correct path I will have helped my country and world.
