I don't know if this helps everyone, but it helped me. I got a response from John Scot himself. Keep in mind that he said he could not "confirm or deny anything" but he CCd 2 other people, who confirmed the acquisition. They confirmed also that PRs were coming soon. I have the whole email sting. I could also just take a snapshot of the last response with the meat and potatos... Also have this groovy little promo video. It's short, but notice at the end it says "A subsidiary of Cal-Bay International, Inc.? I thought it would be the other way around, but anywhoo... Cool stuff!
