If there is no news, Koos will probably need to dump shares at these low PPS to continue his operations (i.e. he needs it for his $300K salary), given the current cash balance is around $50-$100K, revenue is zero (but he probably get around $200K from ENTB), and debt is $1M.....but "approval news" is in 2 weeks time, to the moon, buy, buy, buy....and don't forget the huge short squeeze caused by "incorrectly interpreting" the daily short numbers.
