There's no factual basis here = what DD are you talking about?

ISL ENGINEERING is NOT filing permits on behalf of GESI ~ ISL was engaged to provide a DD package to GESI.

Way Back in February 2012 ~ Jason Watson with inREFco said he already had a solid robust team ~ the program is turnkey ~ engineering will be relatively fast

GESI interview ~ inREFco and CEO Gordon Mckay ~ February 29 2012

18 months later ~ GESI and inREFco needISL engineering to provide them with a DD package? Huh?

Permit applications are public record.

Sturgeon County's web site has County Council agendas and minutes here:

As you read or skim through that page, you will see council discussing among other things, the campground. That should give you an idea of what to look for going forward.

IMO ~ Factual DD should be posted with detail = Phone calls mentioned as DD should have peoples names ~ phone numbers ~ list of facts.

Where's Gordon?

Green Energy Solution Industries, Inc. (OTC: GESI), a project developer for a Waste-to-Energy project in Alberta Canada, is pleased to announce that it has engaged ISL Engineering and Land Services of Edmonton, Alberta to perform a due diligence package for the permitting, planning and usage stage of the proposed project land in Sturgeon County, Alberta, Canada. The initial planning and project discussion with the firm is set to begin on April 26, 2013.

The process will include a comprehensive service package that will evaluate the necessary permitting and fees required to begin the construction phase of the Gasification Plant. The report produced by ISL will further detail the time line estimate and project schedule. These reports are paramount in moving the project forward.

Na the seller is someone that got into GESI without taking the effort to do his or her DD it happens all the time, most people are lazy not me, it takes 4 to 6 months for permitting if you do some digging, ISL ENGINEERING are top dog at achieving this goal of permitting and planning with timelines with the govt. Just someone that threw a dart hoping without doing there DD and lost patience good for me though keep it coming. $IFTF$
