Thanks jellybean and BlerchScraps. I have only one post left for today. What I was looking for was the link to a court paper (pdf format) hearing dated March 25th, 2005. In the paper, INSM gave very details why the court should dismiss TRCA lawsuit. I googled a few weeks ago and saved the pdf to my hard drive, but I lost the link. It is 34 pages long pdf file and I want INSM investors to read it and debate about TRCA's patent lawsuit. I know it is free somewhere in the cyber space. Anyway, I may tell investors if they are interested I can email the pdf file. By the way, when I saved the file, the file name (automatically generated by computer) was insm_answer_trca [1].pdf. On INSM's website, it briefed the event dated Feb 22nd, 2005.

The case number is C-04-5429 (CW) titled "Insmed corp notice of motion and motion to dismiss the first amended complaint or, ...." (too long to type)
