Coins-- All of the documents from the various Tercica/Insmed lawsuits are available to the public through the ECF-PAcer system. A Pacer account is available to any person with a credit card. Cost is 8 cents per page with a max of I believe $2.40 for any document. To me the 2 most interesting of all the documents are #151 and #130 which outline Insmed's answers to both the patent infringement suits and the injunction (which was withdrawn after the response document was filed by Insmed).

This is a link to the US Federal court of Northern California:

http://www.cand.uscourts.gov/

If you go to this link the webpage will have a set of boxes on the left hand side;

1. click on ECF-Pacer

2. on the left hand side, again, follow the link to registration and open an account for yourself.

3. the case number for the patent infringement filings is 04cv5429

4. the case number for the unfairs business practice suit 05cv5027

Have fun! There's lots of good information available.
