Your welcome. We're seeing some subcontracting taking place here. This makes perfect business sense. Franklin is already set up to distill, bottle and distribute. They have all necessary equipment all the way to the delivery trucks. They also have the necessary labor force. Premier is managing and orchestrating the product creation process. Premier is also marketing BBV and taking orders for the product, etc. Premier has a huge responsibility in making all this happen.
