~~~This is my Current BMSN concern.... and Something we can STOP!! =
....the Only "Complaint" we should all file to the SEC is that WE (BMSN ShareHolders) should Demand that the SEC Doesn't Allow the BMSN A/S be increased to 5 Billion Shares without OUR VOTE!!!

If we FORCE BMSN to only have the 2 Billion A/S that we Currently have .......... BMSN Will POP to Pennies ................and THEN let them Raise the A/S to say 3 Billion+ after !!!
It is TIME WE Shareholders Make $$ on OUR INVESTMENT & some here get their Investment $$ back,, before Koos Starts his Dilutions, Again!!
