I think if FQ made an offer for PTQ [including PDI,which is why I suspect it hasn't been spun out,it may never be*]for something under a buck they would have to hire extra help to process the flood of tendered stock.As for holding out for $5 or $6,all I can say that was what many PTQ shareholders were saying they ''wouldn't sell their Copper shares for a penny less-but they did-AND the percentage that we were told PTQ would retain[we didn't-and we had to dig that information out]And in spite of all the excuses and ''explanations'' you wonder why shareholders don't trust the management,its pretty clear to me that the market has priced the stock based on the company record....
* based on how they sold out our percentage of Copper,and the rich copper sulphite overburden that wasn't supposed to be part of the deal,just because they SAY they will spin out PTQ,I will believe it when I see it,not before]
