Noticed recently that CBYI has updated its stats on OTC Markets, a welcome surprise, but now I'm curious about the part labeled "Business Status" saying that CBYI is in SPAC A/O 7/15.

I'm assuming this is an effort to finance Cambertires and I've got to say I'm excited about the prospect. Are there any plans for a letter to shareholders to update us on ongoing plans, timetables, promotions etc? I understand there may not be much to tell as yet, but a little contact could go a long way.
