I am starting to agree with you. This large volume and declining PPS tells you all you need to know. They blame bidwhackers, dumb traders, shorters, etc. but the bottom line is someone is dumping a large amount of shares and the cheerleaders are here to make sure it gets held up.

Not bashing, just calling it like it is. This will never leave .003 IMO.
