It is my understanding that they are not going to be allowed to put any additional equipment in the Commerce St. building (city of Poughkeepsie building code limits). If that is true, they must be looking for another location to either expand or move. I have not heard anything to confirm a move, and the Commerce St. building belongs to the Fayiz Family Trust and is debt free I think, so I lean toward believing they will expand.

IMHO, FH missed a great opportunity to buy the building across the street. It was an awesome warehouse with loading docks and the whole shabang. Looked like it could easily be 50K s.f. or more. But he apparently did not agree. Recently sold from what I have heard.

So I assume that he has other ideas. I hope, like everyone else here that we will be told details soon. But not too soon. Still want to buy more. But need to get out of Fuel with some more profit first.
