Keyser: Sony 3LCD rear Projection TV

A friend brought over a video DVI cable (which has a different pins than a PC DVI cable) yesterday night. Out of curiousity, I took my G5 down to the TV room and hooked it up to my two year old 60" Sony Grand Wega TV. Lo and behold, the G5 sensed the TV and connected at 1920x1024 interlace resolution. It even came up with "Sony" color calibration in System Preference. Contrast seem a little high and lacked sharpness but it worked. Played King Kong 1080p trailer really nicely. A Mac mini, BT keyboard and BT mouse would make a great addition to my TV room. Let's hope we get a speedier Mac mini come MWSF.
