I would appreciate if someone can answer my questions?

My previous post is:

PG, As per your valuable advice, I loaded more cheapies and I am long with 7M now. Question - what is your best Guesstimate date of getting the FDA approval, filing IND for another medicine, starting trails in other countries (as someone gave a notion on this board that FDA approval is taking long and so BMSN can start trials in other countries where the laws are not so strict). i highly appreciate your advice.
