The presidential veto of the ban on Apple was over a SEP, which arguably was not negotiated in a Frandly way. The Samsung ban is not over a SEP. In each case the American consumer has plenty of phones available at plenty of price points so this was never a major issue. For these reasons, I will stick my neck out and say that the limited ban on Samsung products will not be subject to a presidential veto. This will help restore some credulity to the ITC proceedings.
