Your claim that they aren't continuing to seek financing is not based in fact. Show me where they have publicly stated they don't need financing or that financing is still not being pursued? You can't, so why are you claiming financing is off the table? In fact in the last Sedar MDA they said they were still seeking financing.

I keep asking about it because I want to know why it's been on hold for over seven monthes now. You may not want PDI to go, but there's been no word on it not being spun-off, so to this point it's still supposed to be spun off this year. It's anybody's guess on whether that will happen or not. It's just the SOS. They make annoucements, plans, projections and none of it is ever followed up on or mentioned again.
