Not saying you are wrong about Blank Rome getting 70%, but where did you specifically see that? Furthermore, post the link if you can. I really don't care if Blank Rome gets 70% because the first step is to be able to say SFOR has been infringed upon. Who knows if SFOR will continue with Blank Rome...I don't know their contract/all of their strategies. From there, that is when SFOR will work on getting their first licensing deal (or sue for one-time payments). Once one or two of them are recorded, companies will be waking up that they can (and I'm sure some will be) sued. Yes, some of this can take time.

For now...to get to the first step of saying SFOR has been infringed upon...Authentify has yet to serve SFOR. If they don't in a timely fashion/specified time, they can loose their patent. That time frame is just right around the corner.

Regarding WhiteSky...I'm not holding my breath that anything will shake out with that. Hope lost revenue can be recovered, but will believe it if ever announced.

We are being dinged by the dilution, but SFOR has cash that they have access to (I'm sure it is not the cheapest money - but they have resources) and this is the time of year where several of the companies pay SFOR. I'm not thinking it will be a stellar Q2, but 3 and 4 should be much better.
