For now...to get to the first step of saying SFOR has been infringed upon...Authentify has yet to serve SFOR. If they don't in a timely fashion/specified time, they can loose their patent. That time frame is just right around the corner.
Regarding WhiteSky...I'm not holding my breath that anything will shake out with that. Hope lost revenue can be recovered, but will believe it if ever announced.
We are being dinged by the dilution, but SFOR has cash that they have access to (I'm sure it is not the cheapest money - but they have resources) and this is the time of year where several of the companies pay SFOR. I'm not thinking it will be a stellar Q2, but 3 and 4 should be much better.
