Well, if real value was .008 before massive dilution, it is probably somewhere in the neighborhood of .003 now. If there is a real victory with Phone Factor and Authentify, maybe we can get back up to somewhere around the .008 to .01.

But I do not see any news like that coming anytime soon. If Blank Rome is handling this case, it is likely to be some sort of a negotiated agreement, and that will be after much more time in courts.

If their filing is similar to White Sky, they still have lots of room and time before any deal is cut or any judgement is issued.

Blank Rome is a negotiator more than a litigator!

Not selling anytime soon though!
