How can Ironridge be the owner when TCP holds the Note??..can you imagine guys dishing out SC 13D's without being the owner of the note..and then bidding for the companies..won't the court see that something is wrong..given that both TCP and Ironridge both gave notices to the company..and then they find Ironridge bidding at the auction..They will know something is not right..
