both have made legal Formal Filings of Disclosure & should there be NO Power of Sale clause then yes Ironridge will most likely be the owner, (although they will be the bidder 2 the very least & w/ the needed funds to procure ALL assets of SVFC) Should there be one although that would have been easily & w/i legalparameters for SVFC to announce/disclose & file such in the 8k then it has been said by Steven Victor, himself in the 8k that the exchange of shares has NOT taken place then if contract is voided TCP has the legal right & has filed the needed paperwork & w/ NO Power of Sale clause can & will be able to precede using Non-Judicial laws that would apply here. that is what BBW said
