I also appears Robert S does not hold great confidence in the Posilight related patent application as being filed on 2/22/2009 the request for examination must be placed before 2/22/2014, but has not been done.
As far as I can tell the water heater related patent applications filed in Canada have not seen any action on them beyond the initial filing and clarification to one of the filings, ie. no request for examination, no payment of annual fees, . . .
Minimum expense to be able to claim to have taken action to protect intellectual property.
