If the name Bio Matrix Scientific Group Inc. rings a bell, it may be because yours truly picked it as a budding biotech trade back on June 21st, and reiterated that call on July 11th. And how's BMSN done since then? It hasn't budged, but I still like the idea, and I still think a breakout move is right around the corner.
Here's the deal: BMSN may have failed to hurdle the key 200-day moving average line (green) in early July, and then again in late July. But, the rising support line (red) that's been driving the rebound effort for weeks now is still intact. In fact, it re-proved itself as a floor just last week, and has carried Bio Matrix Scientific Group shares back to a tangle of key moving averages as of yesterday. The big hurdle is still the 200-day average line (and now the 100-day moving average line) at $0.0036, but with the way the undertow has already flashed 'bullish', a breakout is more likely to materialize than a breakdown. Just be patient.
