I have owned this dog of a stock for years, and am thinking things couldn't get worse. Do U know what this statement means: "Moreover, McDermott has historically used bolt-on acquisitions to plug holes in its product/service portfolio. The company may find it difficult to complete accretive transactions in the future, which could negatively impact its growth rate."

Bolt-on acquisitions to plug holes, in deep water drilling, I believe.
It sounds like they are using obsolete technology.
