Having read the entire proceeding it is noted that besides the judgements in favor of StrikeForce that the majority of dismissed articles were left to re-plead, meaning that StrikeForce can re-work and re-word its allegations against WhiteSky and ask for another judgement from the courts.
Thus the case is far from complete until the re-pleads are fulfilled. AND yes it does leave the door open for settlement out of court, for both parties as WhiteSky WILL be up against a wall when the re-pleads are set forth in court. Meaning that when evaluated, by the judge/courts, the favor will probably go in StrikeForces favor.
It ain't over by a long shot.
It also noted that meetings took place in StrikeForces offices in New Jersey. Kinda settles the fact that there is an office and there personnel and that S F O R does exist. AND that there is a state called New Jersey, right Dunome, since you live there. You really do exist. My mother was from West Field.
