Let's hope we found a bottom! At least the share dump abated today.

Whitesky must have been paying anywhere between $100-200K a quarter. With that revenue stream stopped, and supposedly some other contracts from other partners, we are still trailing the previous years revenues.

I don't see this lawsuit as a game changer to matter how it is resolved. Once you pay the lawyers, there will be little left and we lost a fairly good partner.

I don't know what to think of the whole situation. A happy client doesn't leave. But, it does sound like it was cost related per the court decision. You can't blame Strikeforce for wanting to recoup some of the cost of customizing the software to fit Whitsky's needs.

I can't wait to see what happens if Strikeforce gets the GID patent and goes after Whitesky and their new encryption partner for royalties!! That will be good payback.
