All we have to go by is the last disclosure filed for period ending 6/30/2012 where Matt reported:

Shares Outstanding 2,362,355,947 a/o Jun 30, 2012



and of course the AS "filed in an amendment to the Articles" is legally 2.4B.

IMO, there will be a RS or AS increase "approved by written consent of the majority shareholders" before any kind of "huge news" is announced because Matt will want to take advantage of the "huge news" and with the SS(as we know it)maxed out, what other options are there?
