I think it would also be in accord with company narrative that the Army actually requested WSGI investigate delivering a product like the BiB while management was engaged in Yuma with Argus testing. I am pretty sure that is open company narrative on the origin of their pursuit of the BiB concept. I think it goes too far to say that the Army designed it but I give WW allowance because, to my observation, he speaks in pithy shorthand. I am sure many, when they read some of my lengthy tomes here, MUCH prefer that pithy style. JMO, IJO
