Their business plan is conceptually quite simple.
You see no major CC company will take payments due to them being "illegal activities".

But that's because Visa and all those other major CC won't do it because that is just part of how they operate. It's a public image stance really.

Imagine if you had a successful CC company and started doing transactions for a very controversial topic. It'll put your company in a spotlight that they may not want. Why bother if your company is already really successful. They can wait until legalization, that's their choice.

But this is how it works. SimplePrepay will be similar to Paypal if you will.

You deposit funds on the SimplePrepay site. A bank if you will, to deposit your money. You go to pharmajanes which will be linked to SimplePrepay. The transactions will only accept simpleprepay payment. Simpleprepay is what takes your money because you are technically not directly funding the purchase of MMJ with Visa or whoever you use.
