A doctor yesterday, now you're an attorney today? Why don't we let the law and the lawyers decide what is allowed. The feds seem to have allowed MMJ to run if followed under strict state laws for 17 years. Our job is to do our own DD, understand the risk and decide to invest or not to invest, trade or not to trade, not to go to law school and explain law

Seems you may be lacking a fundamental understanding of federal law.
